By accessing or using AgencyMatchAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AgencyMatchAI is a free directory and matching platform that connects businesses with AI agencies. We provide agency listings, a matching quiz, search functionality, and informational content. We are not an AI agency ourselves and do not provide AI services directly.

3. For Businesses

  • The Platform is free to use for businesses seeking AI agencies.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any listed agency.
  • Any agreement you enter into with an agency is between you and that agency.
  • We are not responsible for disputes between businesses and agencies.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries.

4. For Agencies

  • Agencies may create a free listing or subscribe to a paid plan.
  • All profile information must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Agencies are responsible for responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these terms.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as selected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • Agencies may not use the Platform to spam or harass businesses.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Platform without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by AgencyMatchAI. Agency profiles and submitted content remain the property of the respective agencies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse any specific agency and make no representations about the quality of services provided by listed agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyMatchAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any agency services obtained through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post notice of significant changes on the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
